Members: Twin Lakes Board Directors
Purpose: The original documents set up this committee to maintain the physical quality of Twin Lakes Community by ensuring the community abides by our rules and regulations stated in our Covenants.
Changes: Changes must be approved by the committee. The forms to submit are located on the Governing Documents, Common Area Rules & Architectural Improvement Approval Forms Page.
Non-compliance: If your property is out of compliance you will be contacted by the ARC committee.
As a member of the community we request that you take it upon yourself to help keep our neighborhood pristine.

Annual Dues: Due by April 1st
Realtors and prospective property purchasers, please take note of the following:
Community assessments are to be paid by the first of April each year.
For community members who are younger than 65, the annual assessment is $400.00. For members who are 65 or older as of January 31, 2019, the annual assessment is $360.00.
If you are making two payments, the first payment of $250 or $225 existing grandfathered senior rate is due 4/1 and the remaining $150 or $135 existing grandfathered senior rate will be 7/1.
The senior discount is no longer offered as of 12/31/19 and goes away upon the transfer/sale of property.
The full amount must be paid no later than 7/1.
Fishing Passes will not be given to you until dues are paid in full.
Late dues will incur fees, subject to liens and legal proceedings.
